We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Old Vicarage as a wedding venue. If you are looking for exclusivity and the feeling of real luxury at an affordable price then this is the place for you. Thrown into the deal comes elegant surroundings, fabulous bedrooms and a first class service which make for the perfect modern wedding venue.
We had the pleasure of using your hotel for my fathers funeral (celebration of his life). Although a sad day for all, much joy and pleasure was spent for an afternoon tea at the vicarage with close family and friends. The detail in every aspect was second to none and the staff and Suzanne couldn't do enough for us. What a wonderful way to celebrate his life. Thank you so much.

The Old Vicarage is not simply a hotel it is an experience, and one that we can not recommend highly enough! We had our wedding & reception here yesterday and had the most wonderful day. This place is simply stunning with every minute detail thought out. Suzanne and her team are amazing and so attentive, without being intrusive and nothing was too big an ask. We were made to feel instantly welcome and we can not thank them enough for ensuring our day was perfect!
Many thanks, Katie & Ross Cheeseman
We had the most amazing day, from our very first visit to the Old vicarage through to our wedding day everything was perfect. Myself, the bridesmaids and close family arrived the night before and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Rebecca who made us feel at home, helped with my chosen table decorations and then assisted with my 'walking down the isle' practice (several times!) we had a lovely bottle of fizz whilst decorating the Christmas tree which was magical.
