Due to the successful launch of Jackson’s Restaurant, we now require an experienced Chef de Partie to assist our talented brigade.

Ideally with a rosette background, you will be able to work at speed with high attention to detail.

We are looking to recruit a passionate chef who is willing to learn and progress in a professional kitchen.

Hours vary between Monday- Sunday with days off between

Salary dependent on experience. Own transport recommended

We are also looking for

Bar person, waiters/waitress

For our busy restaurant

Weekend and evening work

Experience preferred and some knowledge of bar management

Training will be given though

Flexible hours

Part time Kitchen Porter

Flexible hours amounting to between 10 - 20hrs per week

Weekend and evening work and some weekdays when required

Cleaner

For the hotel and restaurant

Flexible hours amounting to 10-12hrs per week

Working weekends will be part of the job

Experience preferred though full training will be given
