Meeting Room Hire

The Old Vicarage Hotel has a wonderful meeting/conference room facility which overlooks the front of the property and gardens.  The room has a meeting table that can hold up to 8 people or alternatively the room can be set up in a conference style and can hold up to 20 comfortably. 

Hourly Rate

Room hire per hour £50.00 (including tea and coffee - max 8 delegates)

Day Rates

Room hire - meeting style per day £250.00 (max 8 delegates)

Room hire per day conference style £ 300.00 (max 20 delegates)

Additional delegates charged @ £20 per head.
