Since 2014 The Old Vicarage hasn’t been operating as a typical hotel, allowing it to be dedicated to running as an events venue. This means that each event that is held at The Old Vicarage has complete exclusivity. Whether it’s a christening or birthday we welcome the opportunity to customise your event, making it special and intimate in every way.
Each event we do we cater for in house with our multi award-winning chef Marcus Jefford. With over 20 years of experience working up to three Michelin stared restaurants throughout Europe, North America and Australia he has brought his culinary skills to fully bespoke your unique event.
The Boutique Hotel venue in the East Midlands is proud to present their newest wedding offers. The Old Vicarage Boutique Hotel is set in the heart of the prestigious town of Southwell, Nottinghamshire and is set in an idyllic conservation area and grounds. The decor is modern, new and offers the wow factor. For couples wanting an intimate ceremony in an amazing venue with up to 45 guests our Baby Naming package is an option well worth considering. All ceremonies will take place in Vicarage dining area with a glass or two of fizz afterwards in the receptions lounges which wonderful fires during winter to add to the atmosphere. This package is available 1-5pm, all week for events taking place all year round. We’ve allowed for two hours for ceremonies and drinks.

The Old Vicarage Boutique Hotel, Southwell is an ideal venue to celebrate the life of those recently deceased. The stunning grounds and beautiful setting makes it a perfect location. The afternoon tea is served on fine vintage china and consists of tea or coffee, scones, finger sandwiches and miniature cakes for up to 60 guests. The packages includes the use of the grounds and lounge areas with bar facilities.
