About the event
Join us on Saturday 17th February 2024 this Valentines for an exclusive candlelit dinner. This event isn’t just for past, present, and future couples but also guests wanting to enjoy The Old Vicarage experience. We are thrilled to have the incredible Mark Elliot performing throughout the night for truly a night to remember.
You will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and shown to your table. Our Executive Head Chef Ben and his team have curated a delicious three course menu for you to enjoy along with a complimentary amuse bouche, homemade breads and an irrestistable assiette of dessert.

Starter - Please choose one.
- Beef fillet carpaccio, shaved parmesan, balsamic, rocket and roasted pine nuts
- Burrata, figs, thyme, toasted walnut sourdough, pancetta and honey dressing
- Scottish scallops, pea puree, celeriac textures, pancetta and apple
- Mushroom, parmesan and truffle Arancini with a mushroom velouté
Mains - Please choose one.
- Fig and rosemary sticky glazed chicken, wilted spinach, and butter crisp potatoes
- 8oz Fillet of beef, parmesan truffle fries, asparagus, mushroom, vine tomatoes and a red wine jus (£8 supplement)
- Miso Honey Glazed Cod, Pak Choi, harissa and butternut puree, sesame and steamed rice
- Roasted cauliflower steak, beetroot houmous, chickpeas with garlic crisp potatoes, nigella seeds and spicy poached pears
Assiette of Dessert
- Pistachio mille-feuille, raspberry, and white chocolate
- Lemon tart, crème fraiche and white chocolate tuile
- Hazelnut and caramel brownie, milk chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shard
Once we have received your booking we will be in touch with our pre-order form, this is where we will need to know of any dietary requirements or food allergies, these must be returned by Saturday 3rd February 2024.
The bar will be open throughout the evening if you fancy something a little bit different, perhaps a Valentine’s Day cocktail? We encourgae you to take a seat in our bar lounge or front room to enjoy your evening a little more.
