ELOPEMENT
We understand that not everyone wants an extravagant wedding with a never-ending guest list and all the fuss. Here at The Old Vicarage, we adore simplicity, and our intimate venue is the perfect place to celebrate the love you have for one another, just the two of you.
We host our Elopement weddings on a Thursdays throughout the year in our beautiful Victorian Vicarage.
Our elopement weddings are designed for 2 - 6 guests however, if you would like to invite additional guests, we can accommodate up to 30 people, including yourselves and children. Our civil ceremony fee is complimentary within the Elopement package, however, please note that our local registrar fee is a separate cost.
Our Elopements includes a 3 hour exclusive hire of The Old Vicarage, use of our private grounds and our elegant main room or bandstand for your civil ceremony. Delicious canapes for you and your guests with a sparkling wine for your post ceremony toast. Our wedding team to support you throughout and to ensure the smooth running of your special day; we are more than happy to act as your witnesses, if required!

How is works?
Upon securing your date with us, you will need to contact our local registrars at Nottinghamshire County Council. You can call them directly on 0300 500 8080. They will require a deposit on booking. Please note that the registrar fees are not included in our Elopement Wedding Package.
Once you have booked your ceremony with the Registrar, we will request a deposit payment to secure your booking at The Old Vicarage. We will then discuss with you, your timeline and ideas for your day as well as offering you recommendations for local suppliers who will work together seamlessly to ensure you have perfect day. A final planning meeting is hosted 4- 6 weeks before your wedding day where we will discuss the final details before you say, ‘I do’.
