Because there is always a high level of interest in our Open Days, we ask that visits are booked in advance. This simply allows us to keep the house feeling calm, unrushed and comfortable, and gives everyone the space to explore properly.

Our Open Days are intentionally low-key. They’re designed to feel more like an open house than a showcase - a chance to wander through the rooms, step into the bedrooms, and get a real sense of how the house feels when it’s yours for the day. Our team will be here throughout, happy to answer questions or chat through ideas, but never in a rush.
